Information About Fees

Our course fees include all costs including exams, assessments and workshops. They do not include transport, accommodation or things such as stationery or craft supplies.

You pay the full course fee with a deposit  and then pay the balance by monthly instalments. See below for specific information on the course you are choosing.

When your application has been accepted, Vivien will either send you a link to set up a Direct Debit for your deposit and subsequent instalments or complete it over a call.

 

Cooling Off Period

Our team will do our best to make sure that the course you choose is the right one for you, at the right time in your life. We want you to be successful! However we recognise that things change and it may be that after you sign up, you want to change your mind. We offer a 14 day cooling off period and if you want to withdraw, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.

Has your employer offered to pay for your course?

Please note that our contract is with you as the student and as such, we don’t accept payments from employers. Please arrange with your employer to reimburse you if they wish to contribute towards your fees.

I haven’t finished my course in the timeframe; what do I do?

If you don’t finish your course within the allocated time frame, you are welcome to re-register for a further 3 years (1 year for Montessori Fusion). There is a re-registration fee of 15% of the current course fee taken monthly for 12 months.

I don’t want to continue, do I have to keep paying?

The answer is yes. We undertake to offer you the whole course and our expertise to get you through. You are undertaking to pay for all of the course. We are here to help if things get tricky and will always try to offer flexible solutions if you are in difficulties. These may include pausing your course until your circumstances improve or negotiating lower payments. These solutions are offered based on individual circumstances, and at our discretion. We will always try to help!

Montessori Fusion (L3)

The full course fee is £1500.00 paid with

  • Deposit of £150.00
  • 12 monthly instalments of £112.50

Fees: SCQF Level 8 (RQF Level 5 England) Montessori Diploma in Early Years Education

The full course fee is £6295.00 paid with

  • Deposit of £300.00
  • 30 monthly instalments of £199.83

Fees: Staged Diploma

The full course fee is £6837.00 paid with

  • Deposit of £300.00
  • 30 monthly instalments of £227.90

Fees: Montessori Diploma in Primary Education

The full course fee is £6295.00 paid with

  • Deposit of £300.00
  • 30 monthly instalments of £199.83

Fees: Intensive Summer Workshop

(Included in the SCQF L8 course fee)

Cost for the workshop for a CPD applicant or a student on our old fee structure: £1389.00
