This unique one-year, part-time course combines the nationally recognised and newly updated IAO Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator with the Montessori Partnership Level 3 Certificate in Montessori Classroom Practice. It offers a flexible, online learning experience with regular virtual meetings and support from experienced Montessori professional guides.
Designed for those already working or aspiring to work in the Montessori early years, who do not hold a Level 3 EYE qualification, the course covers the full Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements and integrates authentic Montessori principles and practices. Students gain hands-on experience through work placements and develop key skills in observation, planning, safeguarding, and inclusive practice.
Whether you aim to become a Montessori teacher, childminder, or pursue further study, Montessori Fusion equips you with the knowledge, confidence, and qualifications to thrive in the early years sector in England. This course allows you to be counted in the ratios by OFSTED.
Course starts with a mandatory induction session on Saturday 5th September 2026, 09:00 - 09:30, and the lessons are available from then. Tutor led sessions which last for 1/2 an hour start on Saturday 12th September 2026 and weekly thereafter apart from 5 weeks holidays throughout the year. All will be done via Zoom.
