sustain, develop and extend authentic, reflective Montessori practice in the face of the challenges presented by 21^st century education systems;
advocate for the Montessori approach with greater strength at both the local and national level;
develop Montessori training and mentoring in ways that will enable it to meet the needs both of today’s student teachers and of the children they will go on to work with;
support research into Montessori theory and practice;
reach out more effectively to parents.
